USE Warranty
Always follow installation instructions carefully. All USE products should be installed by a qualified bicycle mechanic. We recommend that a torque wrench is used where directed. If you are in doubt, contact USE - info@use1.co.uk
Warranties are only valid from date of purchase, and to the original owner (proof of purchase may be required).
Please ensure all returns are clean and free from mud and road grime. Any items that are returned to us and require cleaning may incur a charge.
Seat posts: All USE seat posts are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for 3yrs from date of purchase. Seat posts that have been damaged, cracked or broken in the area where the frame seat clamp tightens the seat post are not covered under warranty.
Handlebars: All USE handlebars are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for 3yrs from date of purchase. Handlebars that have been damaged, cracked or broken in the area where the stem or controls tighten to the bars are not covered under warranty. Damage or broken bars due to the use of bar ends and clip on systems are not covered under warranty. Handlebars may have an effective usable life less than 3yrs depending on use. We recommend the handlebars are inspected on a regular basis, in order to detect any damage that may have occurred.
SUB Anti-Dive suspension: All USE SUB Anti-Dive suspension forks are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for 3yrs from date of purchase. Wear and tear and lack of maintenance are not covered under warranty
Stems: All USE stems are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for 3yrs from date of purchase.
Bottle cages: All USE bottle cages are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for 1yrs from date of purchase.
Saddles: All USE saddles are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for 1yrs from date of purchase.
Accessories: All USE accessories are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for 1yrs from date of purchase.
Limits of the Warranty: At its sole discretion, USE agrees to repair or replace products deemed by USE to be defective. USE reserve the right to replace a product with a like replacement that fulfils the same purpose. This replacement product may have graphics or finishing different from the original.
It is the product users responsibility to examine the product on a regular basis to determine the need for servicing and or a replacement.
Products that have been neglected, modified or poorly maintained are not covered under warranty.
Products that have been used in competition, stunt riding or for commercial used are not covered under warranty.
Damage from causes other than defects in materials and workmanship (e.g. lack of experience, ability or competence) are not covered under warranty.
The finish or aesthetics of USE products are not covered under warranty.
Any labour or postage costs associated with the removal, replacement, postage or reassembly of the product are not covered under warranty.
Normal wear and tear and maintance are not covered under warranty
