Production Manager
This role requires you to manage the overall delivery of our finished product to an agreed schedule and to the highest quality. Reporting to the Managing Director.The management and leadership of a team of assembly staff, supply chain management and quality control are key features of this position. The applicant will also be responsible for product warranty and assosciated customer support.
Good communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills are important. General technical ability and knowledge is important, engineering experience would be an advantage. Knowledge of electronice and electronics assembly would also be an advantage.
The role will require an element of hands on involvement with the production process.
Salary Circa £20,000 depending on experience and suitability.
Location is Petworth, West Sussex.
