What is the layback on your seat posts?

What is the minimum insert length for my USE seat post?
- 270mm posts & RX Shokpost - 80mm

How much seat post should I have in my frame?
We recommend the bottom of the seat post sits below where the top tube joins the seat tube. If you are in doubt please consult a qualified mechanic or your dealer.
Where can I buy USE products?

Can I service my Shokpost?

Why don't you publish the maximum rider weight, for your rigid seat posts?
We do not publish the maximum weight limits for our rigid seat posts. A light clumsy rider will do more damage to a seat post, than a heavier careful rider.
Do you sell direct to the public?
USE do not sell direct to the public. All our products and accessories are available from your local dealer.
Can I obtain spare bolts?
All spare parts can be obtained from your local dealer. To locate your closest dealer use the dealer navigation button (International dealers - view the dealer listing page of your country).
How do I know what seat post diameter I need?
In most cases this can be found on your seat post (usually below the height mark). The other method is to measure the inside of your seat tube. Please consult with your dealer or frame manufacture if you are unsure.
What is a shim?
Shims allow the rider to fill the gap between the inside diameter (I.D.) of a frame to the outside diameter (O.D.) of their seat posts. Further information about shims can be found here.
How do I know what size Aero seat post I need?
Measure the top of the seat tube to the centre of the rail, then use the information below to find the correct size Aero seat post.
- Small: 130mm - 190mm
- Medium: 185mm - 240mm
- Large: 235mm - 280mm
- X Large: 275mm - 310mm
Example 2: 245mm of seat post showing will need a Large.
